If you like an active holiday, go climbing a mountain or go into the jungle for a trek. Indonesia also offers a lot of culture, including the Borubodur or Prambahan ancient temples, the palace of the Sultan in Yogyakarta, etc. Or climb volcanoes such as the Bromo and watch the sunrise.

In the big cities you can enjoy yourself in the large Malls that Indonesia is rich and of course Indonesia is also known for its versatile and tasty food.

In addition, for us as Westerners, Indonesia is a cheap paradise in terms of living and maintenance. Good and extremely affordable hotels are widely available in Indonesia.

My name is Ed Petersen , I was born in 1955 in Surabaya Indonesia.

In 1958 we moved with our parents to the Netherlands.

I am married, we have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Over the years we as a family and later with my wife have traveled extensively through Indonesia.

That is also where our roots are.

In Jakarta I came into contact with the travel agency Buana Kencana of Billy Hartono.

We have become good friends with Billy and his family. When Billy asked me to work together

I did not hesitate for a moment. For many years I have arranged trips in cooperation with Billy Hartono for friends and family.

Besides Indonesian, Billy and his wife speak English and Dutch because they studied and lived in the Netherlands/Delft.

What I can't arrange for you are the flight tickets to Indonesia.

This is best done on-line or through a travel agency. You determine a direct flight or one with a change of plane.

However, when composing your trip I can help and advise you with the booking of: hotels / domestic flights / car / train ticket / trips and pick-up from airport to your hotel. On arrival, you will be picked up by a travel agent who will escort you to the hotel.

You will receive all vouchers and travel documents and an Indonesian phone card.

Through this number, the travel agency will contact you regularly.

You are assured of professional help should something unexpected happen during your trip. Billy and his team will support and guide you where necessary. My advice is to take out a travel insurance for the days you want to travel.
